Who we are
We are JMC PROJECTS SRLS, active in the trade show world with 25+ years of experience, as JMC Project since 2021. We design and build custom stands, and we also take care of what comes after: the follow-up with the contacts collected at the show.
We don't just supply the physical stand. We build with the client a system that turns business cards and badge scans into real conversations, quickly, without the client having to remember to write to 200 people after the show.
We have built stands for industrial and technical companies at shows such as Ecomondo, GIS, Samoter, Marmomac and Rimini Wellness: very different contexts, but with the same underlying need - showing up well at the fair and not losing the contacts gained.
We mostly work with manufacturing companies and SMEs that exhibit at trade shows in Italy and Europe. Our strength is not just the build quality of the stands, but the ability to integrate the physical stand and the sales process into a single project.
How we work
Before
We prepare the stand and the lead plan together: layout, graphics, the post-show message sequence. By the time you leave for the show, everything is ready.
During
At the show we handle scanning and contact capture: just the badge or a QR code, no loose papers. Everything goes into one single place.
After
The follow-up runs on its own: messages written, personalized, ready at the right moment. Just say yes and the system works for you.
Questions about the method

Do you only work on the stand, or also on the follow-up?
Both: we design the stand and the capture-and-follow-up system together, so they speak the same language from the start.
Can we hire you for the stand only, without the Fair CRM?
Yes, the two services are separable. The full method exists to work better together, but it's not a forced bundle.
Do you work outside Italy?
Yes, we work with companies exhibiting at trade shows across Italy and Europe.
How long does a full project take, stand plus follow-up system?
It depends on the show, but the starting point is always 4-6 weeks before the event.
