Data collected
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the site's contact forms: name, email address and any message. We also collect technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser type) necessary for the site to function and be secure.
Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to respond to your requests, to contact you again about our services and to manage the business relationship. We do not use the data for profiling nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (given by submitting the form) and on legitimate interest in following up on your contact request. Providing the data is optional, but necessary for us to be able to respond.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent business relationship, and in any case no longer than required by applicable law. We delete it earlier upon your request.

Data may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors, by the technical providers that supply us with hosting, email and contact management services. No data is disseminated.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability, by writing to info@jmcproject.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
